제1조 목적
ChronoSnap(이하 "앱")은 같은 각도에서 시간에 따른 변화를 기록하는 반복 사진 촬영 및 타임랩스 생성 앱입니다. 본 방침은 앱이 이용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
제2조 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 방법
앱은 별도의 회원가입 없이 사용할 수 있으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 신원 확인 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

제3조 개인정보의 이용 목적
- 반복 촬영 및 전/후 비교, 타임랩스(GIF) 생성 기능 제공
- 촬영 리마인더 알림 제공
- Pro 잠금 해제 등 인앱 결제 기능 제공
제4조 보유 및 이용 기간
모든 데이터는 이용자가 앱 내에서 직접 삭제하거나, 앱을 기기에서 삭제(제거)할 때까지 기기에 보관되며, 그 즉시 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자가 별도로 보관하는 사본은 없습니다.
제5조 제3자 제공 및 위탁
앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK, 분석(애널리틱스) SDK 등 제3자 트래커를 포함하지 않습니다. 인앱 결제 처리 과정에서 결제 정보는 Google Play 결제 시스템이 자체적으로 처리하며, 개발자는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 전달받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
제6조 앱 접근 권한

제7조 인앱 결제
Pro 잠금 해제는 1회 결제로 평생 이용하는 상품이며, 정기 구독이 아닙니다. 결제는 Google Play 결제 시스템을 통해 처리되며, 관련 약관 및 개인정보 처리는 Google의 정책을 따릅니다.
제8조 이용자의 권리
이용자는 앱 내에서 언제든지 프로젝트, 사진, 메모, 리마인더를 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
제9조 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
제10조 안전성 확보 조치
모든 데이터가 외부 서버 없이 기기 내부에만 저장되므로, 외부 유출 위험을 최소화하는 구조로 설계되어 있습니다. 기기 자체의 보안(잠금화면, 암호화 등)은 이용자의 OS 설정을 따릅니다.
제11조 방침의 변경
본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 개정 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다.

ChronoSnap ("the app") helps you take repeat photos from the same angle over time and turn them into before/after comparisons and timelapses. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Art. 2 Data We Handle
The app requires no account, so it does not collect your name, email, or phone number.

Art. 3 Purpose of Use

Art. 4 Retention
Data stays on your device until you delete it in-app or uninstall the app, at which point it is removed immediately. The developer keeps no separate copy.
Art. 5 Third Parties
We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and the app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs. Payment details for the in-app purchase are handled entirely by Google Play Billing; the developer never receives or stores your card information.

You can view, edit, or delete any project, photo, note, or reminder in-app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on your device.
Art. 9 Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Art. 10 Security
Because all data lives only on-device with no external server, exposure risk is minimized by design. On-device security (lock screen, encryption) follows your OS settings.
Art. 11 Changes
This policy may be revised to reflect legal or service changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
